HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?:

  • Business Days are Monday - Friday & Date of purchase does not count as Day 1
  • Processing time = 2 business days 
  • Please note LARGE ORDERS containing 4+ shoes ( Or large shoes depending on the size) may need to be sent unboxed but secured in a larger box. If you have any questions about boxing please email us.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS? :
Shop Official Bee’s business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am – 5pm (PST).
Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is
picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier.  

 

INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:

International shipments may be subject to import customs, taxes, and duty fees, which are charged upon arrival of your package in the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay, not Shop Official Bee's. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what your particular customs, taxes, and duty fees may be. If you wish to receive more information on your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

MISSING PACKAGES:
 
All packages are insured with USPS & We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, IF Your package appears to be lost please fill out a claim at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
We ask that you wait 5 days from the day the package was marked delivered; it is common for packages to be scanned as delivered and not show up for a few days. Stolen claims must be filed within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered. Please know that orders that are stolen with a purchase price greater than $100 will REQUIRE a police report.
RETURNS:

If Any item happens to be damaged or defective or simply does not fit, you must report it to us within 30 days from the delivery posted date. Contact us via email info@shopofficialbee.com

We do not provide cash refunds, We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase

(Please be sure your email has Full Name, Order number, pictures of the shoes you are returning and a brief description of why you are returning the shoes)

  • DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable & 
  • Clothes & Accessories/Purses are final sale 
  • We cannot cancel an order after it has been placed
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels 
    • unless we have sent you the wrong product 
    • ALL SHOES/CLOTHES MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND MUST NOT SHOW SINGS OF WORN.
    • Anything in the accessories tab is FINAL SALE
    • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLOTHING
