HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?:
- Business Days are Monday - Friday & Date of purchase does not count as Day 1
- Processing time = 2 business days
- Please note LARGE ORDERS containing 4+ shoes ( Or large shoes depending on the size) may need to be sent unboxed but secured in a larger box. If you have any questions about boxing please email us.
INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:
International shipments may be subject to import customs, taxes, and duty fees, which are charged upon arrival of your package in the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay, not Shop Official Bee's. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what your particular customs, taxes, and duty fees may be. If you wish to receive more information on your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
If Any item happens to be damaged or defective or simply does not fit, you must report it to us within 30 days from the delivery posted date. Contact us via email email@example.com
We do not provide cash refunds, We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase

- Anything in the accessories tab is FINAL SALE
