EXCLUDES: ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, VIRGIN ISLANDS, & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
*processing (6-8 business days) w/ a 2-3 day transit time
Business Days are Monday - Friday & Date of purchase does not count as Day 1

Shop Official Bee’s business hours are Monday-Friday from 7am – 4pm (PST).
Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is
picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier.
♥ International shipments range from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

 

Important Information on International Orders:

International shipments may be subject to import customs, taxes, and duty fees, which are charged upon arrival of your package in the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay, not Shop Official Bee's. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what your particular customs, taxes, and duty fees may be. If you wish to receive more information on your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

♥ All packages are insured with USPS & We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, IF Your package appears to be lost please fill out a claim at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
♥ Kindly note, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.

♥ If an item happens to be damaged or defective or it simply does not fit , you must REPORT it to us within (5) days After delivery day. ANY DAMAGES or defective items or if they simply do not fit and are reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, If the wrong shoe was sent to you we will cover shipping.
