Return Policy/Shipping info

Shipping Policy

Shop Official Bee’s business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 – 5pm (PST).  Please allow an estimated time of 8-14 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office. Processing time includes the time when your shipping label is created until it is picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier. Due to COVID, we are experiencing delays on postal carriers picking up our packages.

♥ International shipments range from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

 Missing Packages:

♥ All packages are insured with USPS & We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, IF Your package appears to be lost please fill out a claim at:

♥ Kindly note, we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. 

 Important Information on International Orders:

International shipments may be subject to import customs, taxes, and duty fees, which are charged upon arrival of your package in the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay, not Shop Official Bee's. Unfortunately, we cannot predict what your particular customs, taxes, and duty fees may be. If you wish to receive more information on your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

Return Policy


Any APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit only! we do not process REFUNDS, (If you ordered the wrong item and or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee.  

♥ If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days After delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, If the wrong shoe was sent to you we will cover shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.

 If you happen to return any package over $75, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance for the carrier in which you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us.

 Sale and Discounted Items:

All sale and discounted items are final. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or store credit. Please be sure to confirm the size/color of these items before confirming your purchase.
