♥Any APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit only! we do not process REFUNDS, (If you ordered the wrong item and or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee.
♥ If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days After delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, If the wrong shoe was sent to you we will cover shipping.
♥Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
♥If you happen to return any package over $75, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance for the carrier in which you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us.

♥Shop Official Bee’s business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 – 5pm (PST). Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office.
♥ International shipments range from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.
♥We offer standard shipping for all orders. All orders will be packaged and fulfilled in the order in which they were placed. Orders will process within 3-8 business days from your order date. Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location
